Physicals Required for Athletics

Remember that all students planning to participate in school sponsored athletics during the 2010-11 school year are required to have physicals on file. The required schedule for physicals is as follows:

Participants entering 7th, 9th, and 11th grades.

Participants who are new to the district or new to athletics.

The physical form is available for download by clicking on the link on the right hand side of this page. Those students who are not yet required to update their physical must complete the interim questionnaire which is also available for download on this page.

In the link below, you will find all up-to-the minute sports schedules for Lakeside's teams. Please note that due to varying circumstances, the schedules could change up to the date and time of the contest. (The reasons for this include weather conditions, other schools' eligibility policies, other schools' participation rates, and other things over which we have little control). Because of this, we ask that you check the schedule regularly. If you have questions prior to your departure, please feel free to contact the school office at 686-1937. School staff are also available to help give you directions to a school you may never have been to before.
